About Dobson Homes

Dobson Homes was incorporated in 2007 by Tommy Dobson. Tommy has been in the home building business for more than 20 years, serving many of those years as a manager with Craig Builders. With the support and encouragement of Craig Builders, Dobson Homes is well prepared to provide excellent product and service to its customers.

As informal partners, Craig Builders and Dobson Homes coordinate the joint use of many facets of the building business which results in a more efficient work process for both companies. This arrangement grants Dobson Homes the privileges of full access to Craig Builders house plans and utilization of many of the same staff and craftsmen.

Dobson Homes has the options of working from a customer’s plans or assisting in the design of a totally custom built home. This flexibility makes Dobson Homes an excellent choice for home construction on a customer’s lot or a company-owned lot. Dobson Homes has already demonstrated the high level of attention to detail, customer service and superior building practices that has been a trademark of Tommy Dobson throughout his career. Tommy looks forward to working closely with his customers as they turn a house into their home.
